JP Sainz has been heavily involved in the real estate market since 1999. Joe Sainz started in the virtual real estate market in 1999 developing his first realty listing website and creating a free Real Estate Listing System for the internet (Internet MLS based system). Joe ‘JP’ Sainz officially formed 5280 Realty® in 2007 and made 5280 Realty, Inc an official Colorado internet real estate listing resource, (www.5280re.com).

Joe Sainz is a True entrepreneur, Internet Marketing Guru and Consumer Credit Expert.  JP Sainz formed his first company in 1994 with the writing and publishing of his first book, Do-It-Yourself CREDIT REPAIR KIT. Joe has literally helped tens of thousands of consumers with their credit. Each of the experiences, successful or not, were documented in the book, which was revised each year to incorporate proven effective credit tactics. Joe went on to sell over 350,000 books using his website development and internet marketing skills. JP formed Cire Publishing, Inc (www.cirepublishing.com) around the books he wrote including his last book which is on real estate and titled: Do-It-Yourself Real Estate Riches. The Tattered Book Store in downtown Denver was the first bookstore to carry the book and then Borders, Barnes & Noble, and of course Amazon.

Joe P. Sainz also worked as a Civil Design Engineer during the same time for 7 years specializing in residential foundation design, expansive soils, custom home trusses, soils remediation, and custom home and log home design and engineering quality control & design inspection.

JP has also formed several other companies and lives and breathes the internet. One of JP’s more prominent companies is SEO Dynamics, LLC which is a Search Engine Optimization and web development company (www.seodynamics.net). More recently JP has jumped back into the credit repair game with a revitalized of his credit book and turned it into a new brand and consumer credit restoration product called Credit Report 911, which is CD-Rom that contains a 2012 Credit Repair eBook, Credit Restoration Software, and (36) credit repair letters (www.creditreport911.com ). 5280®
